Summary: 100 Customer Satisfaction is important to James!!
Review: As for me, things have to be done the right way and be professional. James at JCI Roofing Company went above and beyond any issues I had! When I did have issues, he worked 100 to deal with them. I have been a customer of James and JCI Roofing Company for about six to eight years and don't remember how I found out about them. I have used JCI Roofing Company five times. They have handled a chimney leak and other roof issues, which they took care of very nicely. Another time, there was a hail storm and they did a turnkey with an insurance claim which was amazing as well. It was at my father-in-law's house, and like a subcontractor, James worked and got all the hail damage. I'd say to hire him because he is able to do any additional house repair that needs to be taken care of, with 100 customer satisfaction!

Summary: James came to the rescue on short notice and did an excellent job.
Review: One night, we lost 10 or 15 shingles due to high winds. The next morning, we had a large bare spot on our roof. With Thunderstorms rolling in the next day. It was a Sunday. I called several roofing companies. But only James took the call and came out that day to inspect the damage and give me an estimate. The very next day, his crew made the repairs. Before a single drop of rain fell. Our roof did not leak. And James guaranteed the work.

Review: I was referred to James by my inspector. James did a good job. His price was reasonable. He took the time to give me an estimate on his first trip, but I never felt that he pushed to sell me anything. He communicates in a respectful matter. It is hard to find a good contractor like him these days.

Summary: JCI Roofing - An Experience Worth Sharing
Review: Probably the most expensive investment we will ever make is the purchase of a home. Imagine what it would be like to have such a valuable asset at risk because the integrity of the roof had been comprimised. Well, we found ourselves in just such a situation. Having just survived a bout of extreme Texas weather which left our roof in serious need of replacement; we were loaded down with stress. First from the storm and now a major threat to our home from the roof damage. It is enough to make you physically sick. 2008 was a rough year for us, but when James Chupp from JCI Roofing showed up at our door with that infectious smile of his, things started to turn around. Unlike other roofers we had met for estimates; working with James had us completely at ease. It is difficult to explain, but we felt very confident that this guy definately was the right choice for the job at hand. That was the last estimate we needed, and as far as we are concerned, the last time we will ever have to seek a roofing company ever again. JCI Roofing earned our business and our trust that day, and they will have it any time we find ourselves in need of roofing services in the future. We recommend JCI to anyone in need of such quality and professional services. I remember a tag line they use: "We've got you covered" and from what we experienced those words couldn't ring more true.

Summary: Polite and professional. They did a great job, and finished it fast.
Review: I've called JCI Roofing several times, and every time they have been here when they said they would be, got it done like they said the would, and they didn't charge me beyond the estimate, even for the extra things that they did for me. The third time I had them out here I had them replace the whole roof. They did a great job on that, and they finished it fast. The roofers were very professional and very courteous. They cleaned everything up so well that I couldn't even tell they were here by the time they got the job done!
The owner himself is very polite and very professional. Anything I pointed out to him, he made sure that it was done. He does the extra steps to make sure it's covered, repaired, and done well.
